Panoramic winter hiking trail Landscape lovers are also in for a delightful surprise on the Torrent. The 5 km long, carefully groomed panoramic winter hiking trail on the mountain is an absolutely unforgettable experience.
The starting point for hiking trails to suit every taste is the Rinderhütte restaurant at 2,350 m above sea level. From there it only takes about 90 minutes to walk across the Torrentalp mountainside and reach the cable car midway station at 1,920 m above sea level, where wonderful views of 4,000 m peaks in the Valais Alps right through to the Rhone Valley await you.
